Services include content production, syndication, advertising airtime sales, digital streaming subscriptions and media investment packages. All orders are subject to telephone and email verification. We accept Visa and Mastercard with 3D Secure 2.0, Instant EFT, PayFast, Ozow, SnapScan and Manual EFT. All transactions are processed in South African Rand (ZAR). Visa and Mastercard logos are displayed at secure checkout. International cards are accepted.

Due to the nature of broadcasting and media services, airtime and syndication slots once booked and scheduled are non-refundable as the service is reserved for you. You may cancel within 3 working days of payment for a full refund less a 10 percent administration fee, provided service has not commenced or been scheduled. After commencement or scheduling, no refund is possible for change of mind. If service is defective or not as described, it will be rectified by re-broadcast, alternative slot or credit as per Consumer Protection Act Section 56.
The company is domiciled in South Africa at 28 Melle Street, Nzunza House, Braamfontein, Johannesburg, 2001. All transactions are processed through South African banking infrastructure.
